Out-of-School Care  Kindergarten to Grade 6(Explorers)

The room environment supports the overall development of both the kindergarten and older school age children in care. The Lansdowne Out-of-School Care program provides opportunities for children to engage in playful exploration with their peers which includes, natural elements and loose parts, art and crafts, baking, cooperative games, sports and outdoor play. Over the summer months we offer a wide range of interactive activities for children ages 6-12 such as cooking, orienteering, bike and scooter relays, water sports, exploring nature and a variety of fieldtrips. 
The activities are based on the children's needs and interests within the program.
